Test tools and put into practice

Skills training focuses on mastering tools that make you more competent in a specific area.. Each skills training is designed as a labo in which you can test tools, get immediate feedback and improve on the spot. The goal is that at the end of the training you feel more confident to apply specific skills and techniques in your daily practice for more impact.

Live feedback on your cases

Get live customized feedback from your peers on your own cases. Try out different approaches, ask peers to demonstrate how they would approach your case and experiment until you have found an approach that works for you.

Simulations

We work with professional business actors for simulations (in order to avoid using often forced role-play under participants). As professional improvisation actors, they are skilled at reacting to your body language, communication style, choice of words, ... and will give you powerful and specific feedback on the impact of your communication on their behavior, thoughts and feelings. A powerful learning experience!
