Our values
1. Stay hungry, stay foolish
2. Making it happen together
We can make the list of values longer, but that is actually not our goal. Because we feel that these two values live strong in our organization and we believe that all the rest will come naturally.
When deciding on which values to choose it was pretty clear that the first value is important for us: self-development. With the second value we want to emphasize that everyone at CUTE – no matter what his or her function is – has played his part in helping the company grow towards being a solid value in the field of training & development. It goes without saying that we support and help each other, without losing our focus on the details. And while doing this, making a lot of fun together as well.
