Our practical methodology is based on habit formation. We challenge participants to get started and to integrate new habits in their daily practice.
'People learn more when they learn a little a lot'. The bite-sized approach is the most effective for competency development. Choose one of our 25 topics and organize your in-company 90' session.
Intensive skills training of one or several days. When required, we work with professional actors for specific skill building exercises.
We recommend to organizing a peer coaching (group of 3 people) or best practices workshop (25 people) as follow-up. No matter which format you choose, it only takes 90 minutes.
