During the summer of 2014 Ilse joined the CUTE team. She’s passionate about development and change projects that have real business results. In our team she is responsible for training and program management, and she is an important point of contact for our clients, trainers and partners. Ilse is customer-oriented and loves to brainstorm about impactful new approaches in program design, program management and follow-up. After learning her all the tips & trics about our habit methodology Ilse will support organizations that struggle with change or with a non-performing company culture. After office hours Ilse loves to spend time in nature, in a yoga class or at a dining table while enjoying a surprising new recipe!
